Refund Policy

  1. Single Session Bookings
     

    • No refund shall be issued for clients who have booked or paid for a single session.
       

    • However, the session may be postponed if the client contacts the school at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled class.
       

  2. Package Cancellations (Before Attending Any Session)
     

    • If a client wishes to cancel a package without attending a single session, a refund will be issued after deducting a service/administrative fee of ₹500 from the total amount paid.
       

  3. Package Cancellations (Midway Through the Course)
     

    • If a client cancels the package in the middle of any month, the refund will be calculated using the formula:
      Refund = (Total Fee Paid – 10% Initial Deduction – Fee for Months Completed)

       

  4. Pause and Rejoin Option
     

    • Clients may choose to pause their package instead of canceling mid-way.
       

    • Paused packages can be resumed within 3 months from the date of discontinuation.
       

    • If a client wishes to rejoin after 3 months, an administrative fee of ₹1000 will be charged.
       

  5. Refund Processing Time
     

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.
       

    • Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during enrollment.
       

 

Disclaimer

  • Any partial month completed will be considered a full month for refund calculation.
     

  • The monthly fee used for refund calculation will be based on the standard monthly rate of the course, not on the discounted rate of any long-term package.
